aipersonalized.video ("AI Personalized Video") is operated by InnovativeLabs ("InnovativeLabs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information you give us
When you apply for early access, we collect the information you enter in the application form, including your name, work email, role, company name, company website, and your other answers (such as how many meetings you want, how you do outreach today, who you would send videos to, your presenter preference and any notes).
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our hosting provider may collect basic technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring pages, through server logs. We use this to operate and secure the website, including limiting repeated form submissions.
4. Clients' likeness and voice
If you become a client, producing your videos requires your likeness and voice, for example presenter footage, photos and voice recordings, and may involve AI models created from them with your consent. We use these materials only to produce videos for you, under your instructions and our client agreement. We do not use your likeness or voice for anyone else, and we delete these materials, and any models made from them, when you ask or when our engagement ends, unless the law requires us to keep them.
5. Prospect data in client campaigns
To deliver our service, we process business information about professionals at companies that may be a fit for our clients' offers. This may include name, job title, business email address or phone number, company name, company details, publicly available business information (such as company news and signals like hiring, funding or press releases), and images of their company's public website shown in a video. We obtain it from public sources, commercial data providers and our sister product b2bprospector.com.
We process this information on the basis of legitimate interest in business-to-business communication, limited to professional contexts. Every message includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests. If you've received a video as part of a campaign and want your information removed, contact us at the address below.
6. Video pages and viewing data
Each prospect's video is shown on its own page. When someone visits a video page, we record viewing events, such as when the page was opened, whether the video was played, how much of it was watched and whether a call-to-action button was clicked, along with basic technical information. We share this viewing activity with the client who sent the video so they can follow up. We don't use it for advertising.

8. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our business, and they process information on our behalf. These include our website hosting and email provider, our CRM provider, which stores and manages applications and communications, and the AI, video-production and delivery tools we use to make and send videos. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
9. We don't sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, for example while your application is under review or while we have a business relationship, and as required by law. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honor them.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of communications, and to data portability. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you're in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
13. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
